• You are solely responsible for the content you post and must not share illegal, harmful, or offensive material.

6. AI-Powered Features

• The App uses AI (Google Gemini) to provide recommendations and chat features.
• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations.
• Always verify important travel information through official sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Wandora and protected by intellectual property laws. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL license.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information provided will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms
